To comply with new legislation the Meals Direct Central Production Unit had to have it's extraction system upgraded. In order to minimise disruption to meals production it was agreed with the Contractors Spa Gas to let them have complete access to the building.

Being a progressive company, always looking to expand and develop, Spa Gas has devised an individual package for the unique service of Residential Care Homes and Retirement complexes, building up an excellent reputation, over a number of years, within many local establishments.
Our team has become sensitive to the needs and demands of elderly people, and can confidently work together with the management and staff, to ensure minimum disruption and swift and efficient service.
Our packages are able to cover all aspects of heating and boiler repairs and maintenance, including catering and laundry facilities, water treatment works and minor electrical works. In addition we can carry out minor building works and decoration associated with our contracts.
All of our engineers are fully conversant with, and adhere to, up to date legislation and Health and Safety Policies and carry full insurance.
COSHH and Risk Assessments are available on request. We are CORGI, OFTEC and NICEIC registered and carry ISO 9001 Quality Assurance.
